The Department of Science at ICACS organized a study trip for F.Y. B.Sc. students to the Shri Sant Tukaram Cooperative Sugar Factory as part of their curriculum.

During the visit, students gained valuable knowledge about the products, byproducts, and different varieties of sugarcane used in sugar production. They also explored the production process in detail and had the opportunity to taste freshly processed sugar, enhancing their understanding of the industry's agricultural and economic importance.
