The Department of Commerce of ICACS took First Year B.COM students on a field visit to Avishkar Floriculture Park in Talegaon.

During the visit, students immersed themselves in the detailed realm of polyhouse floriculture, acquiring knowledge across various aspects such as marketing strategies, production intricacies, grading, standardization, packaging, warehousing, costing, and the intricacies of import-export dynamics.

This hands-on educational experience went beyond traditional classrooms, providing practical insights into the operations of the floriculture industry. Students not only gained valuable knowledge but also thoroughly enjoyed the trip.
